Added the ability to enable/disable the P25 Link Control Word extraction function of the UIC. Note that P25 Link Control Word extraction is supported only by UIC firmware v2.0 or later.

• Added the ability in Configuration mode to program the UIC's audio encoding method (linear or u-law PCM). Note that audio encoding selection is supported only by UIC firmware v1.8 or later.
• The Test mode of the application supports streaming audio in both linear and u-law PCM formats depending on the currently programmed selection in the UIC.
• In Configuration mode the UIC's MAC address is read out and displayed along with the other configuration settings.
• In both the Configuration and Test modes, sets of UIC connection settings can be named and saved for quickly connecting to UICs without having to remember IP addresses and port numbers.

• Removed display of USB driver installation instructions on first run of the application. The USB drivers for all Codan software are now installed separately from the applications.
