The ignition sense relay automates the tedious process of turning the transceiver on/off, thereby simplifying the task list of the operator and protecting the vehicle’s battery.
The ignition sense relay is designed with simplicity in mind – automatically switching on the transceiver when the vehicle’s ignition is turned on. It also switches off the transceiver when the vehicle’s ignition is turned off, thereby protecting the vehicle’s battery when it is not running.
The installation of the ignition sense relay to an existing setup is an easy three step process consisting of; connecting it in-line with the power connector of the transceiver, connecting it to the vehicle ignition circuit and fixing the ignition sense relay to the vehicle using either screws, or a heavy duty adhesive. It comes with 8 metres of cable to the ignition line.
