The PRORXD is a class leading feature-rich COFDM receiver/decoder with dual optional receive and HD decoding capability in a single enclosure.
The unit incorporates an extremely flexible decoding platform, with low delay H.264 4:2:2 decoding ensuring compatibility with all DTC products and 3rd party encoders.
Multiple video output formats are offered with composite, SDI and HDMI outputs in SD mode and HD-SDI and HDMI in HD mode up to 1080 60p.
Audio is offered as analogue outputs, digital AES encrypted and embedded audio on the SDI outputs.
IP streaming and decoding are available to allow the PRORXD to integrate into fast growing IP system infrastructure.
The PRORXD exists in 1RU and 2RU 19” rack-mountable formats.
PRORXD key component parts are available as OEM bare boards for platform integration.

Dual Form Diversity / Multi-Format
The PRORXD’s 8 RF receive ports can function as either a single 8-way or dual 4-way receive antenna array. This allows the user to receive either one RF signal with maximum diversity or receive two separate signals on two different frequencies, at the same time. Dual pedestal mode can increase data rate and video quality by combining single receive antennas into dual antenna ports.
Proven Cross-Platform Compatibility
The PRORXD is able to accept RF feeds from a wide range of 3rd party manufacturers, with support for DVB-T in 8, 7 and 6MHz bandwidth. The wide IF input range of 50-850MHz allows the PRORXD to accept RF inputs of up to 8GHz. Switchable voltages and manual oscillator setting management for each IF input means that even 3rd party down-converters can be used with the PRORXD.
IP Infrastructure Ready
Built to allow integration into wider IP networks and combining multiple PRORXDs into one network, the PRORXD includes IP Control via a web-based GUI, SNMP Monitoring, IP Streaming and IP Decoding with RTSP, UDP Unicast & Multicast and packet switching via ASI or IP.
